the vents are not saved any more

Events are detected correctly, but are just saved with 0.0 length. No chance to view anything.
This is how it came: The mainboard of my computer crashed. So I installed the hd-drive and the video cards into a new machine.
Ubuntu starts correctly, ZM runs correctly, I can watch the cameras, motion is detected correctly, but just nothing is saved.
It's also not possible to view old recordings. The error message is:
"An error has occurred and this operation cannot continue.
For full details check your web logs for the code 'E31817'"
I didn't find any web logs.
I'm still using 1.23 because my old chinese video cards don't work with newer versions.
Any idea?

Your database is corrupted. Repair this way: http://www.zoneminder.com/wiki/index.ph ... atabase.3F

I should add: I run 1.24.2 on 3 machines; they're remote and it's rock solid. No reason to upgrade. 1.23.3 was rock solid also.
