blank white screen/box where image should be

I am getting a blank white box where the image should be when trying to view a monitor.

There are no errors in the log. I am using remote IP cameras and they are configured correctly. The cameras where operating fine until I did a system update(gentoo) and then something broke. I am not sure what happened. Can anyone at least point me in the right direction to try and debug this problem.

When i first installed ZM my cameras did the same thing, i had to put my username:password@ipaddress as the web address. It might be a user setting? Looks like it connects to the camera, but the camera is not giving ZM access to the images.

Check the logs for Shared memory or other type of errors. Logs are useful to debug...
