enjoy to use this fantastic zoneminder, but I can't send any e-mail.
I have configured exim like MTA (only for forwarding e-mail with smarthost, this one work fine with another tools and when I test it manually in command line
).(but I can replace exim by postix if Zm prefers another one )
I ve nothing inside the ZM's log files (zmfilter.log, zm... etc ..) too due to (i think ) I have kept initial log levels in ZM's options.
I think configuration fields are ok to send an e-mail: ZM_EMAIL_HOST, ZM_NEW_MAIL_MODULES, etc.
I dont really understand the difference between "new method" and "the old method". (one sending with mime perl method and the other one with perl directly) the both are not working for me
So, could you please to give me the level debug to see more informations concerning e-mail.
another post, shows perl package to perform emailing. what is it ?
I m testing again an again ( i don t know perl but I think change few lines of this one "/usr/bin/zmfilter.pl " to perform command line email if there are no solution )
