I have a problem with my Axis 215 ptz new cam.
the image does not appear and the system don't record anything.
the other axis (a 207w) work's well at 640*480.
I have already tried to increase memory to 428212224 Byte (as the faq says:

kernel.shmall = 428212224
kernel.shmmax = 428212224

the address in host i'have tried are :

/axis-cgi/mjpg/video.cgi?resolution=4CIF
/axis-cgi/mjpg/video.cgi?resolution=705x576
/axis-cgi/mjpg/video.cgi

(is not an autentication problem because i use the same autentication parameters than the 207w)

Anyone can help me?

where i'm wrong?

thank you a lot.

i use 1.22.3 on ubuntu latest

*****update****

Can you get a single JPEG images in a browser with the path, say:

<IP>/axis-cgi/jpg/image.cgi?resolution=CIF

Had the same problem. I used the following source settings to make it work:

Protocol: RTSP
Method: RTP/RTSP
Port: 554
Path: /mpeg4/media.amp
Colours: 24 bit
Width: 704
Height: 576
