Does anyone have a working version 1.30 using Foscam PTZ cameras I have both 9831 and 9828, and would like to use Zoneminder to get of the Windows OS but I can't find a version that of Zoneminder that support these cameras.

I use this script IPCAM.pm https://wiki.zoneminder.com/Foscam_Clones
with success on Foscam equipment to get some movement. Do you have a camera stream? You should be able to get these cams up and running without too many problems. Or do you mean being able to control the PTZ with zoneminder?
