Post by jameswilson »

i have installed this live cd on a nother machine and it works like a charm, now im trying to do it on an old amd 2200+ and after firste text based screen my lcd shows it cannot display this reolution change to 1280x1024 @ 60 hx. I have used the xres=800x600 which on previous boots of suse works but i assume the refresh rate is too high for my philips 120 lcd can i force 60Hz in the startup command???

I think because the LiveCD is based on Mandrake's LiveCD you can go to Mandrake website and look for boot options there. As I remember they had both WiKi and Forum there.
