Hi folks,
Trying to get 1.26.x running and everything is mostly good, but I dont get live streaming video via browser or via 'IP Cam Viewer' on Android. Basically all I get is a still image. Install was on a fresh Ubuntu 13.04 install using kylejohnson's Puppet installer. The install went fine but after a few hours of hacking I am still stuck with no streaming. Anyone run into this? I am too tired at this point to keep hacking...gotta take it back up tomorrow...

I got this sorted out although I am not 100% sure of the original cause. My best bet is an issue with the mysql database upgrade but I cant confirm.
