forgotten cmd www-data test start /dev/vide0

I have forgotten the command to allow the www-data user to start the video device..

i think that's what i have forgotten...

muchlys if someone can oblige...

Steps i took

i tried the upgrade path from the LTS login nag screen...
Nahhh... that crashed, printed a stream of errors even after i got around the lost network settings

dumped 10.04/1.24 on my way to 12.01LTS

have been everywhere...
have succeeded in getting lappy and desktop running live disks with three cheap usb cams...

hopefully i can run another cam or two from the lappy and some powered ports

yes -yes, it's asking lot but will see how much i can tune and tweak it...

i really should be out fixing the siezed wheel bearing on my 4x4 coaster but im going to use this system for the bus as well as hope...
