Shared data not initialised by capture daemon

I have installed zoneminder again...

I can not work out the Shared data for some reason ...

Mar 23 19:22:39 Web-server zma_m1[8072]: ERR [Shared data not initialised by capture daemon]

Mar 23 19:22:57 Web-server zms[8087]: WAR [Shared data not initialised by capture daemon, some query functions may not be available or produce invalid results]



Any Ideas ?

I never could work out the shares... I reinstalled Ubuntu 8.04 and started over.

Followed this install and things worked ok. I have 1.24 up and running.
