High RAM consumption

Is it normal for a 4K camera at 13 FPS and 100 buffer to consume 4 GB of RAM?

See if this is effecting you. As of right now I still have this problem but its better.

Also, Check your camera bit rate and make sure its not set to high. This is not the fps.
