ZM Event Notification - No Bounding Boxes

Has anyone been able to actually get EN working like it's supposed to, with bounding boxes? I've set up and tested EN and set ZM Options to OPT_USE_EVENTNOTIFICATION, and it does seem to be recording events in MoDect... but no bounding boxes. And it does not record people walking by like it's supposed to.

And on the events I do get, this 4Mp camera has terrible resolution. Set to Actual Size:


Is this because I am transcoding from H.264H to H.264? I can't passthrough because then I can't get bounding boxes.

About image quality, I've set the camera to H.264 and the transcoding is much better, although still not what it should be (Actual Size):



I wish I could set HD to Passthrough and get bounding boxes.

It is possible that with LPR settings (faster shutter, etc) it could do better. But no bounding boxes, ever.
