ZoneMinder 1.37.40 has unmet dependencies on Ubuntu Lunar

Post by drdreka »

Hello,

attempting to install ZoneMinder 1.37.40 from master PPA on Ubuntu Lunar gives unmet dependencies for libgsoap:

sudo apt-get install zoneminder
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
zoneminder : Depends: libgsoap-2.8.117 but it is not installable or
libgsoap-2.8.104 but it is not installable or
libgsoap-2.8.91 but it is not installable or
libgsoap-2.8.75 but it is not installable or
libgsoap-2.8.60 but it is not installable or
libgsoap10 but it is not installable
Recommends: zoneminder-doc (>= 1.37.40~20230519124548-lunar) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Fresh Ubuntu Lunar Server installation, it installs correctly on Kinetic.

Thanks.
