Video export problem (not working) ZoneMinder 1.34.26

Hi,

I am a beginner on ZoneMinder (as well as with the English language, I use Google translate).

My setup:
I have a machine: GNU/Linux/Ubuntu Intel 20.04.5 LTS (Focal) with 8GB of RAM, with a system hard disk of 1TB for the OS and 4TB for the recorded video data.
And I installed on this server: ZoneMinder V1.34.26
I have so far installed 9 Dahua IP cameras on this system.

What doesn't work:
Almost everything seems to work, but I'm having problems exporting the photos/videos from the http client via the "Montage Review" menu. The zip generated by the export is empty of photo or video (on the other hand there is an html structure and the image directories in the zip are empty). If I look at the contents of the video hard disk, all the images of the movements of my cameras are there.

The logs:
I looked at the web_php logs during this file export and I get the following information:
Web_php […].ERR [LocalHost] [/tmp/zm/zmExport_.zip does not exist or is not readable.] at /usr/share/zoneminder/www/views/archive.php line 71

I found similar problems with zoneminder on the internet, but didn't see a solution.

Can you help me to solve this problem?

Move to current version 1.36.33 and try again.

I migrated to 1.36.33
Now I have other problems see:
