API for Filters

Post by emery123345 »

I have a project where I want to remotely run multiple cameras. Ideally I'd be able to fully automate the setup, but the one thing I am missing is being able to configure filters. I'd need to be able to modify the default `purgeWhenFull` filter and create new ones that can take actions.

You mean create filters on the fly, remotely?

The more important point would be that I have several instances of zoneminder and manually configuring them is going to be error-prone and extremely tedious.

Is your application generating revenue or a hobby?

Because I am happy to add whatever you need, but I charge for it.

One point I could make is that you can always talk SQL directly...

Sounds good. I have another feature request (viewtopic.php?p=128873#p128873) in progress and will come back for this one once that is complete.
