Problem with outdoor monitor, too alarms without events

Post by sanp »

Sorry for my english ...
I have a problem with zoneminder-1.36 and my monitor TP-Link C310 (outdoor).
If i accept the default configuration the events are only a car crossing the road but not a person walking.
Then i've defined a zone increasing alarm sensitivity. Now people walking are detected but also a lot of events with no objects crossing the scene.
This is because pixels move for a different brightness and not for an object.
These are some new parameters i set on:
Monitor:
reference image blend 12,5% (outdoor)
Alarm Reference image .. 12,5%
colourspace 32 bit
Zone:
Percent
Alarm colour 255 / 0 / 0
AlarmedPixels
Min/Max Pixel Threshold 25
Min/Max Alarmed Area 3,58 75
Overload Frame Ignore Count 80
Some help please ?

Turn on the alarm frame options so you can see where the alarm is happening. Make sure there are no surprises.

Min/Max Pixel Threshold is what I adjust to help with shadows and pixel jitter, but it still happens.

Thank you very much! Alarm Frame Count 5 is ok for me.
