Upgrade from 1.34.x to 1.34.13

Hello all. I just upgraded to 1.34.13 and having some issues with date/time. I fixed one by adding the setlocale( LC_TIME, 'en_US.utf8' ); to my /usr/share/zoneminder/www/lang/en_us.php and that fixed the "Event display page" with dates shown as mm/dd/yy instead for dd/mm/yy.

However, when i click on an event, and look at the status (on the left side) it shows as dd/mm/yy.

Anyway to fix this too?
