Help with Machine Learning Project

Hi, we are looking for some assistance to help us develop a machine learning system to automatically detect, track and identify flying objects to monitor airspace at a small airport. We have a mixture of fixed cameras and a PTZ. We are trying to have the fixed cameras identify moving objects and then trigger the PTZ to zoom in to the object, track it and identify it (using machine learning).
