Upgraded somewhat 1.31.41~20180414150609-xenial

Linux Mint 18.3 16.04 install wiki manual or shell script same results

Basically same errors as

1.30.4 working fine also 2 versions before 1.31.40~20180329122723

After 2 days trying to install before below release
Now fo the latest 1.31.41~20180414150609-xenial......thanks Iconner

1. Zoneminder error telling me no db connection

2. Ran zmupdate.pl, stopping with error at 1.31.19
telling me zmuser /w pass no rights to access

3. Manually changed Grant All to zmuuser
zmupdate.pl completed, zoneminder running.

4. Monitor not displaying, is recording, cannot view event

PATH_ZMS is in a zm config file, 1.31.x was working in a earlier release. I could not find PATH_ZMS in the config menu so I assumed it was coded in rather than editing 1.30.x

PATH_ZMS is now in the /etc/zm config. The structure now is /etc/zm/zm.conf , /etc/zm/conf.d/01-system-paths.conf , /etc/zm/conf.d/02-multiserver.conf and a config file can be added in /etc/zm/conf.d with custom values that will not be over-written during an update....this file is can be called /etc/zm/zmcustom.conf. In this file I for example set the ZM_PATH_ZMS=/cgi-bin/nph-zms
