What happened to the Stills option in 1.31.1?

As the title explains, what happened to the Stills option in the Event viewer in v1.31.1? And the Up and Down controls are broken.

Is it being phased out?

OS -> Puppy Linux Tahr 6.0.6 (ubuntu Trusty)
ZM 1.31.1 from iconners PPA

v1.30.4 works very well on this system.

Stills should still work, but due to the mp4 video storage stuff may be broken. I have fixed it more than once.
