Visual Zone Setting Tester

Hi all,

I've seen older post were people were interested in rerunning recorded events threw motion detection logic to see how new settings would work.

This isn't really possible to do inside ZoneMinder itself so I've created a very simple stand alone tool that can do this. I've used it to see why ZoneMinder seemed to stop recording events faster then I thought it should. Its very incomplete but its a decent start.

Its on github so check it and a screenshot out, branch it, and add your own improvements.
