web show stopped always

[iamhycljc]

The system is ubuntu 10.

root@iamhycljc-desktop:~# /etc/init.d/zm start
Starting ZoneMinder: success

root@iamhycljc-desktop:~# ps -e

The problem is that Web shows "ZoneMinder Console - Stopped - v1.24.2" always.
I click "Stopped" to open the "/index.php?view=state" and Apply new state "start".Nothing to do.
