Foscam 8908 script Track Motion (movePseudoMap) and presets

I update script from Lowbayer in WIKI.
Added Track Motion "x" coordinate (pan), "y" commented.
Login and password sets in sub SendCmd only

In Foscam firmware )lr_cmos_11_14_2_28.bin) option "onestep=" contain error - not worked correctly with argument <>1.
