zm viewer error: "STOPPED BY SERVER. Press play to try&

Hi!
I have installed zmviewer for xp on my remote box and done the mysql settings to allow connection.
I have the viewer connected to my zmbox but it showes the
error: "STOPPED BY SERVER. Press play to try"
I press on play but nothing happens.
Can anybody help me to solve the problem?!
