E-mail lottery money offered by British Canadian Lottery 201

I have an e-mail quoting " Canadian Govt in collaboration with British Govt and World Gaming Board are the sponsor er in this e-mail lottery for compensation & nonstructural development of the internet users. Contact with Royal Bank Of Scotland ( Mr.Frank Ben,Sr.Fund Transfer Manager, Tel No. +44-701-113-6968) for taking payment of lottery money with following information like name, dt of birth, address etc." Some ref.no, batch no etc are also there & those are not to disclose to avoid fraudulent activities....My question is how far it is genuine, where my involvement/contribution is NIL?
