Just a little idea to replace the quite complex method to start/stop zm, from the console window (now You must click on the "Running/Stopped" link, then, when the popup window opens, You choose the desired new state, then click "Apply", and wait for the popup to close and for the console to refresh ... ;-(): we could just use one little button with a classical "playback start" icon, and one with a "pause" or "stop" icon on them: depending on the state of zm, one of the icons should be disabled (grayed-out); the <title> tag of the active icon should report the descriptive text of the current status ...
