Remove eyeZM tab in options

Anything you want added or changed in future versions of ZoneMinder? Post here and there's a chance it will get in! Search to make sure it hasn't already been requested.

eyeZM hasn't been available on the app store for some time. The author hasn't been active here on the forums in 4 1/2 years. Think it's time to get rid of that tab in the options.

After more than 15 years, no longer using ZM as surveillance system.
Now in the dark side, using a commercial system...

XML skin is slated for deprecation announcement in 1.29, which means as soon as 1.29 is released we will pull that skin, but good pickup on the rest of the custom EyeZM code.
