Allow choosing different FTP Port

The "Upload Port" setting on the FTP "Upload" tab only works if you choose SFTP. I am using a regular FTP server, and it is on a non-standard port. I need to be able to specify the custom port for ZoneMinder to connect to.

Using version 1.29.0 it seems possible to specify the FTP port, use this format 192.168.5.22:1234
1234 is the non standard port I use
leave the UPLOAD_PORT empty
