Web server not running

Folks,
Something has happened to my system, I am trying to figure out where
the web server is started up. I am using ZMLarch running 1.24.2, for
some reason the web server does not start, I can see all of the cameras
capturing data, but I can not get to it to look at it. When I check I see
no web server running. I am trying to remember which script started it
but I do not seem to be finding it.
