hey,
I just updated the appliance - hope it will work better now and problems with zm daemon and grub are fixed. I had to remove PAE but if anyone really needs it, let me know and I will try to work it out.
As always, let me know about any problems

I am trying to grab the vmdk image. I am looking but can not find the link..
