ZM for YDL and PS3

Post by phiberop »

Hello everyone! I am new to ZoneMinder (and linux for that matter). I just recently installed Yellow Dog 5.0.2 on my PS3 and I would like to try ZoneMinder out on it. Has anyone tried this before??

YDL is a Fedora core distrobution I believe. I was looking for the latest release of ZM for fedora, but could not locate it. If anyone knows where I could download it, please let me know.

Also, if anyone has tried to install ZM on a PS3 please let me know your experiences!!

Make Error

Post by phiberop »

I'm trying to follow the Fedora 6 installation guide on the wiki right now. Everything was going fine I thought until I tried to compile ZM. When I type in "Make" at the prompt, the compilation starts but after a short while I get the following errors:

zm_signal.cpp: In function 'void zm_die_handler(int, sigcontext)':
zm_signal.cpp:95: error: 'struct sigcontext' has no member named 'cr2'
make[2]: *** [zm_signal.o] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory '/root/ZoneMinder-1.22.3/src'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory 'root/ZoneMinder-1.22.3'
make: *** [all] Error 2

Does anyone have any ideas of what could be causing this error and how I can fix it??
