Can't get shared memory id '7a6d2002

I installed zm on Xubuntu following Debian faq in wiki.
Zm is started as a service and I can access to the http page.
I declared 2 axis cameras into and try to monitor them
I don't show image and don't understand why
There is no log files in var/log
here is a copy of tail on zm log files
Would you please help me

Run both:
zmu -m 1 -q -v
zmu -m 2 -q -v

and post the results.

Both returns Abandon (core dumped)
What does that mean ?

Hello,

I have got exactly the same message. I solved this by changing the size of the monitor. I have set 352 x 240.

I am getting the same error on an Axis IP camera, which I believe is causing me to only see a black image with a "Status: Idle - 0.00 fps" when I try to view my camera through zoneminder.

Try this,
/axis-cgi/jpg/image.cgi?resolution=320x240
instead of /axis-cgi/mjpg/video.cgi?resolution=320x240

It works with me

Well, that error stops showing up in the logs but I still am left with no image when I view the monitor.

I was dealing with this same type of problem just today actually. On an Axis 210, it was set to 640x480. Since it was over a slow DSL, I reduced the resolution to 320x240 and set the path to /axis-cgi/jpg/image.cgi?resolution=320x240 and set the capture size to 320x240. This setup didn't provide a picture for me for some reason. I tried the mjpg/video.cgi path with same settings to no avail. On the camera, I set the resolution back up to 640x480 and boing! Was capturing properly at the 320x240 settings I wanted. Not sure why it wouldn't work at the 320x240 setting though. Just try some variations and see if it starts working.

Oh, and on a side note, is your Axis camera set up to allow anonymous views, or did you set up the user/pass for it?
