Couple capture issues.

Post by hondaman »

First, it seems ZM is prematurely ending a capture event. For instance, if I walk in front of my camera, then come to watch the event, the last second or two of the event is missing. It should have captured me completley leaving the cameras field of view, but the event ends a second or two before that.

Second, if I click on a camera in the webpage and watch it "live" it quits recording events. Maybe it quits after I start viewing the list of events. Either way, something changes so that it quits recording events. How do I fix that?

Thanks!

Ah hell, I just realized I posted this in the wrong forum. Sorry about that.

This question should go under the topic for the version series your using.
What version of zm do you have installed?
Sounds like you need to tune your zone settings.
