ZM time is off by 8 minutes

I have one system that the time on live and recorded events is off by 8 minutes. But the filters seem to be running on the system time.
I have 1 email filter set to start at 19:50 and if an alarm is recorded with in 8 minutes before that the system sends the email.
Live viewing shows the camera closc 8 minutes slower than the actual time.

For some reason I can't search for the word TIME in the forum?

My ZM time is off by 30 minutes (fast) through live time and recorded events. I am currently running ZM v1.22.3 with Ubuntu 8.04.3 Did you find a way to fix it? I can't seem to figure it out. I have searched through the forums and haven't found anything related to this problem...

It turned out for me the vnc server I had on the system had crapped out. So I could not login .
I drove over 1 day got rid of vnc installed SSH and webmin set the time locally and it's been fine since.
I think the VNC was looped so bad it was killing the cpu causing the clock to loose time.
