BLACK SCREEN...NO VIDEO OR STILLS

The screen is blank(black) when you go to view the monitors. They are not capturing anything. Seems like the cameras attempt to start, but they never actually do. Reinstalled zoneminder, apache2, and Mysql. Still no success. Anyone have an idea..or have a place for me to start at. I appreciate any and all help. Thanks!
