Problem: One Camera Works, Other Doesn't (Blue screen);
Posted: Sat Feb 23, 2008 2:35 am
Summary: On a fresh install of ZM, from the ZM Live CD version 1.22.2.1,
one camera works but the second of two shows only a blue screen.
The same hardware environment works when using Bluecherry's Live CD in either Live CD mode or installed.
Details:
Software system is ZM Live CD version 1.22.2.1.iso installed to disk; includes Mandriva.
Hardware: PC: MB is ASUS A7A266, Athlon 1.2GHz, 512MB, 60GB CD-RW, LAN, USB, VGA See [1] for detail.
Symptoms.
After opening the ZM console screen and clicking to select a camera, the Desk camera work fine
and can been seen but the Driveway camera shows only blue. It also records an
event every ten minutes very punctually.
I have restarted ZM after making changes to settings but the problem persists.
Any suggestions please?
I have updated the system immediately upon installation; this went without problems.
I'll describe the two cameras and their settings below.

how can it be cured?

one camera works but the second of two shows only a blue screen.
