Cannot Download Video

I'm sure this is something dumb, but I can no longer download video or export events. Furthermore I don't see anything related to this in my logs. Once upon a time, this worked. I'm not sure what change I've made that has made it stop working.

ZM 1.36.10 running on Rocky Linux 8.5

Attempting to download a video results in this running for forever.

I'm not sure if it matters but OPT_FFMPEG is checked and PATH_FFMPEG is correct.

What else do I need to look at?

I recently updated a frontend script to download videos between custom start/stop time. The reason I wrote it was the lack of export options in zoneminder. I've been using this for years to export videos. Works with video passthrough only though. It's not tested on Rocky linux but I could update it if necessary.
