Rename event issue

Running: ZM 1.36.3 under Ubuntu Server 20.04.2

When viewing an event I can click the “Rename” button, the “Rename Event” box pops up, I can type some text in the dialog box. Clicking on the “Save” button just dismisses the dialog box and the event retains the original name. No errors are found in the log. Any ideas?
