iconnor wrote: Mon May 31, 2021 1:07 pm I have one report that the resulting install is actually 1.37.0. Fear not, The difference at this time is minimal and the next update will fix the stored version #.

Yes. Got the same.. thx for the headsup!
Seems to be some issues in regards to versioning. :)

shows 1.36.3

Code: Select all

 apt policy zoneminder
zoneminder:
  Installed: 1.36.3-buster
  Candidate: 1.36.3-buster
  Version table:
 *** 1.36.3-buster 500
        500 https://zmrepo.zoneminder.com/debian/release-1.36 buster/ Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     1.36.2-buster 500
        500 https://zmrepo.zoneminder.com/debian/release-1.36 buster/ Packages
     1.36.0-buster1 500
        500 https://zmrepo.zoneminder.com/debian/release-1.36 buster/ Packages
but then zmupdate.pl shows 1.37.0, when it was installed..

Code: Select all

Initiating database upgrade to version 1.37.0 from version 1.36.0

Do you wish to take a backup of your database prior to upgrading?
This may result in a large file in /var/tmp/zm if you have a lot of events.
Press 'y' for a backup or 'n' to continue : y
Creating backup to /var/tmp/zm/zm-1.36.0.dump. This may take several minutes.
Database successfully backed up to /var/tmp/zm/zm-1.36.0.dump, proceeding to upgrade.
And also the GUI shows 1.37.0 :D

Updated from Repo and I'm to 1.37.0 now. Strange.

One issue I see, the checkboxes were moved to the left and on small monitors those appear hidden. Can the scaling be improved somehow?

Besides that, the new interface is amazing. Thanks for the possibility to filter the columns!

repo is now 1.36.5. Just updated from 1.36.3 (which showed as 1.37).

Everything seems fine.

It "upgrades" the DB from 1.37 to 1.36.5 when running zmupdate.pl, and now version shows correct as 1.36.5

I'm late! :D
Just found out 1.36 is here!

Is the repo

https://zmrepo.zoneminder.com/debian/release-1.36

still available?

Today I'm getting a "Page Not Found"

Seems like the certificate has been wrongly replaced. The CN is wrong, for which the repo is no longer working.
Openssl, gets the following CNAME: subject=CN = www.connortechnology.com

Looks like SSL certificate fixed, but getting 403 forbidden now for 1.36. Looking forward to trying the new version once the repo is accessible.

Repo seems ok now

But branches

release-1.34/

and

release-1.36/

are empty.

The master branch is working
