I searched the forum and only found one post from about 3 years ago and I didn't see any discussion after the initial question. I now have a similar configuration where I have a server with three drives to break up my Mocord storage for my cameras.
Is the best method to handle multiple storage areas to create one Filter for each storage area? i.e. filter 1 is storage >95 percent and storage equals drive1, and repeat an additional Filter for storage 2 and 3? Or is there another method where you could do storage 1 or storage 2 or storage 3?
Also, what is 'secondary storage area' ? Does that filter option have a use in this application?
Thanks!

Separate filter for each storage area, yes. See:

fastest way to test streams:
ffmpeg -i rtsp://<user>:<pass>@<ipaddress>:554/path ./output.mp4 (if terminal only)
ffplay rtsp://<user>:<pass>@<ipaddress>:554/path (gui)
find paths on ispydb or in zm hcl
