After pressing "GENERATE DOWNLOAD" within download video window it gets empty and no download started.
Can someone advice where to search the error?
According to the debug log the video gathering process has created /tmp/zm/zmExport_997504.zip but download has not started.
But apache error log gives errors.

I have not looked at the apache logs but I have same exact issue with download. Additionally I noted that hitting the "export" button does absolutely nothing. I am on 1.33.12
