unable to see capture file?

Hello ,
I have install zonminder 1.32.3 on my pi
using the WiKi...

I have connected my usb camera - and define it as "Monitor". work without any problems
the video setup is 32bit,352x288pal video for linux version2 , /dev/video0
I see the live video great , no delay\buffer.
when I change it to motion detection I sdtart having problems:
1. can't see the video(all the line is in red).
2. when he detect motion , it "save" the file - I can see this in the event

but when I try to see the video - I get nothing ,
when I download the video I can see the file is ~800kB - but VLC\Media player can't ply the file

and I notice that the camera is "offline" after he recored , in the rest of the time it's all good and running .

did I need to do same changing in the option or something ?
when I look at the load is - ~ 2.13, so I don;t think it's a cpu problem

You may want to start over with a fresh Buster lite install and use the instructions from here:

I feel that the pi really does not have the resources to run the desktop version and LAMP or LEMP and Zoneminder. I am running a Pi 3b+ with LEMP (NGINX, Mariadb and PHP). Have had three IP cams running with no problems!

Oh, ZM 1.34.x runs better than 1.32.x

this is what I did
I work acoording to this manual

I really think it's a setup \ option issue and not cpu\version
I had pi3 with 3 cameras working \recording without any problem

maybe I need to download some codec or something ?
