Help with configuration of ULAR Q5

Hi all... I already search here on forum and in google about how configure this ipcam in zoneminder and make some tests but still not working.

I discover a valid RTCP url for work in VLC:
- rtsp://admin:<PASS>@<IP>:554/route

But if I try to configure this on ZM as remote / RTP/RTCP and the video never appear and in browser console appear this error message:

"getStreamCmdResponse stream error: Socket /var/run/zm/zms-225817s.sock does not exist. This file is created by zms, and since it does not exist, either zms did not run, or zms exited early. Please check your zms logs and ensure that CGI is enabled in apache and check that the PATH_ZMS is set correctly. Make sure that ZM is actually recording. If you are trying to view a live stream and the capture process (zmc) is not running then zms will exit. Please go to http://zoneminder.readthedocs.io/en/lat ... window-etc for more information"

I buy the this cam on amazon ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TV ... UTF8&psc=1 )

Try configuring the monitor with a source type of "FFMPEG" instead of "Remote" then enter your RTSP URL in the source tab.

When you are using the RTSP you use the FFMPEG source type.

Also make sure that you enter the correct width / height on the source tab. Open your RTSP stream in VLC and examine the media / codec information to see what the width / height for the video stream is.
