zmeventnotification stops working.

so a new thing popped up.. zmeventnotificaion stops working.
it says its loading monitors, but its hours ago. any new events dont get pushed to my phone.

i havent changed anything with ZM in years.. its been working great.

anyone else have this issue and how do i fix it?
