Zoneminder 1.32.3 is installed on Ubuntu Server 16.04.6 LTS.
I already added 4 cams and it works very good.
Now I'm trying to add another 4 Cameras: "Luowice PE9013-W"

Methos: UDP (TCP has the same result)
Capture Width : 640
Capture Height : 360
I can see the live image. The montage view is also working. But in the Console I still have a red dot beside the monitors name. And it says "Not Capturing" in the function collumn.
I can start record but Zoneminder is creating lots of events with one picture and 0 seconds. It is not possible to view any picture or video.
Please let me know what logs you need. I'm pretty new to Zoneminder.
