Strange behavior from last monitor added. memory map

I'm having some trouble with this dahua cam I added as you can see in the pictures. also onvif isn't working currently.
Running on OMV installed with this tutorial: https://youtu.be/oNH9_y5Kirk I've had it running for close to 200 days and working fine with two hikvision cameras streaming both hi and low streams other than a high load at night. recently I changed the setting in storage for them to use camera pass-through.... wow that lightened the load. Anyhow now it's only running at 45%ish cpu load so I thought I would add another camera testing to see how many I can add to this thin client First ONVIF wouldn't work so I copied the info from my main server into the new monitor window. It's throwing all sorts of errors and showing it capturing at 100fps even though I have max set to 20 and the cam set to 8. when I watch the monitor in just monitor mode it shows 5fps and drops till it freezes etc. The cam currently streams just fine to another server and I changed the other monitors to "none" Unfortunately I don't know how to access the command line on this setup because it is a docker in OMV. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction and I'll work on figuring out how to ssh into it so I can work with it that way and gather more info. I hardly remember when I set up this test rig lifes been crazy and I have poor memory (adhd) it's just been humming along in the corner.
