Greetings

From an initial looking this looks to be quite an interesting project - - - thank you to the dev team.

For my first use all I want to do is to be able to remotely see an area (I'm observing livestock at parturition).
So I have no desire to record anything at this time.

I have read through the documentation and can't find anything that says to do this do x and y and not z (whatever).
This is likely so simple that it part of an assumption but I would like to verify that this is an option in ZoneMinder.

Can I use ZoneMinder as a remote viewing port (per se)?

Yes.

You just use Monitor mode, which will capture from the camera but not really anything with it other than allow you to view it.

Wonderful - - - so I can start easy and simple!! (And add recording and this and that all later.)
