New Install Authentication Issues....

New Install, CentOS 7, ZoneMinder 1.32.3 (Currently Running 1.30 No Issues Separate System)

Installed, Added Monitors, no issues, able to View. Followed Instructions (I Think)

Users - Changed Admin and added USER... Both Authenticate without issue, but still unable to view monitor. (LIVE)

OPT_USE_AUTH = Checked
AUTH_TYPE = Builtin
AUTH_RELAY = hashed
AUTH_HASH_SECRET = MySecretKey
AUTH_HASH_LOGINS = Checked

I am able to login, but from console select monitor I get broken link, Check Log shows "Unable to authenticate user" Line 212

Change OPT_USE_AUTH = UNCHECK and works fine....
