I have a hikvision DS-2DE3304 DE. I have the video operational, but I am unable to get the PTZ controls working. I have enabled the control under the control tab. I have entered the control URL admin:adminpassword@192.168.1.64:88. When I attempt to move the camera I get the following error.

control response was status = undefined

Any help would be appreciated.

which ptz control script are you using?

I'm looking at getting some hikvision ptz cameras, were you able to get the ptz working for your camera?

You should be using port 80 not 88 if your camera is set to default.
