Ffmpeg stream stopped working after update to 1.32.3

Zoneminder 1.32.3 (from fed repos)
I have an EasyN IP cam that was working fine until ZM upgraded without me noticing to 1.32.3.
Source type = Ffmpeg
source path = RTSP://admin:pass@192.168.1.94:554/11
method = TCP
Storage:
Save JPEGs = Disabled
Video writer = H264 passthrough or X264 encode both same effect, no video.
I tried the ONIF probe and it detected the same settings with no joy.
The LOG says:
