if I try to see an event within the last 24 hours, I can see.
If I try to see an event that has already passed 24 hours of its recording, give the error below. what to do?

You cannot view a .mp4 while it is recording. So record in short segments, not 24 hour long segments.

To the OP: Can you confirm that you actually meant "an event that is older than 24 hours?" and not "an event that is 24 hours long!"

Yes, follows an example:
assuming it is now Nov 11, 2018 9:00 p.m.
1) The event recorded in Nov 10, 2018 8:30 p.m. with 10 seconds duration, I have a error.
2) The event recorded in Nov 10, 2018 9:01 p.m. with 10 seconds duration, I can see.
Remembering that at 8 o'clock on November 11, I could see video number 1.
